Dennewitz 200 Played
In a bold move, Sparker and the group (usually) from the Hall of Heroes staged a bicentennial game of Dennewitz... to be played in three hours on a Thursday evening!
Sparker calls it 'Dennewitz Lite' and had devised a scenario based on the historical battle that encouraged players to get "stuck in" so as to achieve an outcome in the available time. In the post on his blog, he describes the design, what worked and what did not, along with some of his usual excellent photos of great looking figures.

Leipzig 200 In-Play
Actually, this game was completed yesterday, so we are eagerly awaiting the posts of what we expect to be a superb looking game of the first day of Leipzig, 200 years on.

Bautzen 200 Planned
The Avon Napoleonic Fellowship are all set for their bicentennial game of the Battle of Bautzen. This game, which will re-fight the second day of the grand battle, will be played beginning next weekend.
The good looking set-up (if I do say so myself!) has been posted on their blog.
